Fit to party

When out partying it is very tempting to indulge in festive and celebratory meals.

By following a few simple rules, it is possible to avoid putting on those extra pounds

Essentially after such episodes it is important to return to normal healthy eating and for a short while reduce the amount you eat to help loose those extra pounds.

After indulging quite a lot, nausea, intestinal bloating and constipation can present itself. The solution is to return to good healthy eating habits.
