Firm bottom and thighs: elimination of cellulite!



The bottom is one of the principal assets of female seduction. Regretfully, we notice that not all woman have the posteriors of Brazilian women... To have a beautiful posterior and to help maintain it, here are some simple and effective exercises!

Firming up your bottom


To firm up your posterior, target the gluteus maximus; the largest and bulkiest of the three gluteal muscles, developing it will give your rear a curvaceous aspect.
  • Position: upright, hands on the back of a chair, with back straight and stomach tightened.
  • Exercise: draw your right leg backwards, the foot should be flexed in small movements without putting your foot on the ground, then returned to its initial position.
  • Program: 5 series of 20 for each leg.

Curved and raised


An exercise to develop the gluteus medius muscle so as to heighten the buttock's contours, and the gluteus minimus to help get rid of unsightly cellulite!
  • Position: upright, hands on the back of a chair, with back straight and stomach tightened.
  • Exercise: draw your right leg backwards, the foot should be flexed in small movements without putting your foot on the ground, then returned to its initial position.
  • Program: 5 series of 20 for each leg.

For those who are in a hurry


No time to lose? You can develop you backside every day without even being aware of it!
  • On the stairs: go upstairs taking two steps at a time!
  • When walking: tighten your posterior while walking in... high heel shoes! In addition to resculping your calves, they give a smile to the buttocks!
  • In front of your computer, in the car: contract your buttocks for a few seconds, then release them, several times in succession. The effect is guaranteed!
  • To harden the skin on your body, finish your shower by using cold water.
