Natural muscle relaxants are substances derived from natural elements, usually plants that have an effect that allows the relaxation of muscles. They are used in alternative medicine to relax tense and sore muscles, and to solve or reduce the problems of cramps, aches, backaches... Natural muscle relaxants, often come in the form of essential oils derived from herbs with relaxing properties: thyme, juniper, chamomile...
