Physical or verbal attacks repeatedly inflicted on an individual, with the aim of weakening them physically or psychologically, are defined as harassment. This offence can take different forms, including psychological, sexual, and computerized. It is a type of abuse, and can be qualified as "mobbing" when it is perpetrated by a group. It can also be the expression of narcissistic perversity, progressively destroying the targeted victim through small repeated and incessant attacks.
