Hello,
If someone finds that he is not having enough sperm ejaculation or a couple is not being able to conceive a baby, they may get through a fertility test for confirmation of any sexual trouble.
Kind regards.

Usually! a motility test is done for men. Well, when I had surrogacy; my husband was asked to give a sample of his semen for motility test. It was a fine result, later used for surrogacy. Which determines the sperm count and quality related data. That's pretty common; I guess!
