Objective to lose weight

Hello,
I have the objective to lose weight and get a normal body before the end of this year, what do you advise me to do in order to realize please?

drinking more water that is minimum of 4 to 5 litres a day. avoiding oil and junk foods, not eating heavy food in the dinner

Exercising and following a balanced diet will help you lose weight.
Avoid saturated fat and junk foods.
Drink more water.
Eat more fruits and veggies.
