Dear Vikesh i advice you to run with thick belt around your stomach and don't eat after 9 pm even if you slept hungry .

Cardio exercises are considered as the best work outs for losing some weight. You must start walking by stairs instead of using an elevator. Also start strolling in the early morning for shedding some pounds. Stay away from junk foods and drink plenty of water.
