Lump during childhood may be early development of breast.
Lump during adolescent also may be development of breast tissue or benign mass as fibroadenoma (not cancer)
Lump during adult may be fibroadenosis (i.e., milk gland overgrowth but still not cancer) or malignant growth (it is cancer, mostly developed in single female or married with no child or child birth without breastfeeding).
So, if you worry about lump developed, please consult to your family doctor
