What to eat when you have gastrointestinal?

Ask a question X-or - Last answered on Jul 20, 2014 at 06:17 AM by blackwidow_09
Hello,

Well, that's two days I have a gastro...

My doctor obviously advised me to eat rice, but I don't like that!

Do you know what I can eat and especially avoid eating?

Thank you for your advice

Hello,

*You should eat : starches, meat and fish well done, carrots, cheese or yoghurt.
*Avoid fat food, any form of vegetable fibres, green vegetables and fresh fruits (except ripe bananas).
*Drink a lot of water.

Best regards

Gastrointestinal what? There are many diseases that cause GI problems. Better ask your doctor what diet you should get.
