So, lately I have been quite lazy and I'm getting quite depressed, therefore; I have decided to run a 5k for a change.
The thing is I want to run in a period of 5 times a week for 3 weeks, it might be a lot but it's my personal choice. I have downloaded a 5k runner app, but it is in a period of 3 time a week for 8 weeks.
