Hello,
I'm 17 years old, 1m67 and weight 76 kilos. I want to know how I can lose ten kilos of this excess weight the most rapidly possible. Can any body help please?

It is never a good idea to lose weight rapidly. How about takeing it slow and steady. Be patient, and adopt a healthy life style and I am sure you have long lasting weight loss. Cut out all junk food and fizzy drinks. Daily exercise, start off slowly and build up to at least a 20 min brisk walk twice a day. You are at the perfect age to start and have a healthy life.
