Each winter brings a lot of infections, colds, bronchitis, flu ... But there are simple steps to take to prevent these infections.

Eat well

To prevent winter infections such as sore throat, runny nose and cough, some foods have nutritive properties, vitamins and mineral salts able to curb symptoms's onset.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps the cells to protect themselves from virus attacks.

Zinc and selenium strengthen the immune defenses.

Dietary supplements and Phytotherapy

Some plant extracts, fruit or other substances can help the natural defense of the body.
