Psychopathy defines a mental disorder characterized by a certain number of behavioral disorders. A patient suffering from psychopathy does not necessarily suffer from intellectual impairment. A typical definition of a psychopath is one with impulsive, immature character traits, with a certain mild to severe instability and diminished, or even absent capacity for emotion. A psychopath usually has antisocial personality traits and difficulties in forming relationships.
