Euphytose® - Definition


Euphytose® is a prescription medication based on extracts from slightly sedative plants, prescribed in cases of mild sleep disorders and anxiety. It contains extracts from plants such as hawthorn, horehound, passionflower, and valerian. The doses are as follows: 1 to 2 tablets, 3 times a day for adults with anxiety, one tablet in the evening and at bedtime for sleep disorders, and only 1 tablet, 3 times a day for anxiety in children, or one during the evening meal for trouble sleeping, swallowed with a glass of water.
