Lemon - Health benefits


Lemons are well known for their citrus vitamin C, but their benefits are not limited to those (toning).
Lemon is also a major provider of antioxidants particularly useful in the fight against certain cancers.
More commonly, it is used to purify the body or to clean jewelry (rings, bracelets ...), but also the teeth and nails it helps to whiten.
