Hypospadias - Definition

Hypospadias is a malformation that appears in the fetal stage in male individuals. The opening of the urethra is not located at the end portion of the penis, but on its underside at a distance more or less remote from the end. Hypospadias is responsible for micturition and sometimes sexual disorders. To repair the defect, surgery may be necessary. This relocates the meatus through grafting and allows normal ejaculation and fertility.
