Tongue - Definition


The tongue is an organ of the human body which is in the mouth. The tongue is essential for communication. It is thanks to it that we speak and it is also necessary to eat and drink. It allows us to determine the taste of food through taste buds located on the upper part of the body. The tongue consists of a muscle and vasculature. It can play with the placement of the teeth and orthodontic treatments.
