Hello,
I want to lose five kilos from my normal weight before the end of this year. Please tell me how I can do it.

Hello,
What is your, age, gender and height and weight please? All you need to do is to stop junk food, and fizzy drinks. Drink water at least 2-3 l itres a day. Start to exercise daily and you will be able to lose weight slowly but steadily. Take care and good luck
