Difficulty sleeping

My problem is that I have difficulty getting to sleep. When I do succeed, I'm unable to wake up early in the morning and consequently miss the bus and arrive late for class. Can you please help me? Thank you in advance.

proper timing to go to bed is very necessary.
Your problem would be due to incomplete sleep or due to improper timing of the sleep.
Make sure you have the same bedtime routine. Avoid watching TV, working/studying before bed. Avoid eating too late before bed. Regular exercise can help you to regulate sleep.
