Hello,

I'm 16 and have smoked for at least 5 years, and before that I did it occasionally.
Now I need 20 cigarettes a day and I would like to quit but I don't know where to start. I've already seen my GP about the matter, but he recommended not to use patches as I was a minor.

Any solutions guys.

Thank you
You can use patches at your age and they are much less harmful than smoking 20 cigarettes per day.

Try to quit now whilst you're still young - the older you get the harder it will become.

Thank you
Hello, I totally agree with Janey39, it will be harder to stop smoking in a few years than today.

You can find more information on this webpage : http://health.kioskea.net/contents/tabac/

Take care.
