I am Alicia and am 21 years old. I weigh 94kg and my height is 1.80cm. I wanted to know what to do to lose 10kg.

Eat less and move more. Cut out extra calories and increase your level of activity. Aim to loose 1 -2lb per week. You will keep the weight off if you loose the weight more slowly.
