Hello, I am 29 years old and am a heavy smoker - two packets of cigarettes per day. I smoke all the time; even at night I wake up in the night to smoke. I am so fed up being a slave to cigarettes. I want to stop to on my own will but I am afraid. I am afraid of being depressed, violent etc.
Thanks for leaving a message to me.

Thank you
Never quit quitting..... you can do this, but only if you want to. It can take the average smoker 3 attempts before they completely quit. You will double your chances of quitting if you seek help and use medication such as patches.

Please get help and good luck

Thank you
Hello,

If you really want to stop, why not ask for some advice from your doctor. He can prescribe medication and refer you to a stop smoking service. Patches don't seem natural, that's right but it really can be helpful.

Good luck and take care !
