Hello is it possible to lose weight when escaping diner time?


This is what I want to do? Will I feel bad in the morning?

Has anyone tried this?

I wish to lose some weight but this is not very much easy how can I do?

Any other ways?

People always say that diner is too heavy sometimes so why not escaping it?

Hello, it's a very bad idea, you can't do that on a long term. It can be dangerous and provoke some diseases. You should consider getting to a nutritionist and ask for a specific diet, adapted to you body and objectives.

you should know that escaping diner or any other food time during the day is very bad for health. You will damage your alimentary system and have lots of air stock in your belly, this will give you all sorts of pain.



Of course if you escape diner you will feel bad in the morning. During sleep the body reduces the food you have swallowed and distribute the appropriate vitamins and food elements in your body. What if there is nothing to distribute?

Do put yourself on diet but the appropriate one.
