Hello,

my boyfriend is 24 and has got chicken pox right now he is covered with these tiny buttons which are found all over his body.

Do we have to burst the button or to leave them on their own?

Does it take long to go?

Hello,
People generally suffer from chicken pox while they are still children, but in some cases you can have it later in your life. Don't worry, it doesn't mean that you have a problem .

Don't burst the pimples at all as they will then scar. Chicken pox is a virus so just nurse him better it will take about two weeks.

Take care and good luck.

Hello,

I also have chickenpox (25 years) and the buttons should certainly not be manipulated! Careful because there is a risk of infection and as a result cicatrices for life (not very pretty nice right?)

Then the best is to avoid the sun it will not help for healing and apply an antiseptic soap.

Careful not to cream or use other beauty lotion is helps in the maceration and slow healing and increases the risk of infection.
Good luck to him at our age it is not easy!
