Can breastfeeding mothers have vaccinations without risking anything to their babies please?

This depends on which vaccination you've got in mind.

This might not affect the baby or also have an effect on her, so better for you to ask a doctor. And if the baby is prone to some kind of allergy this would be dangerous.
