Hello,

I'm suffering from guttate psoriasis for 15 years now. I have same on the scalp, on the forehead, some on the nose, ears and neck also on the whole body and a bit on the nails. I am a housewife and I do have stressful days at home with the children. The medication that I am having does not help at all - any solutions?

Thank you
Hello,
You need to get back to your dcotor and explain to him the trouble that you are having so that he changes your treatment.
Thank you.

Thank you
Hey each type is different and varies from one individual to the other.

You can for example moisturize your skin frequently, avoid red meat but instead have fish.

Relaxation is also very important in your situation as well as sport. Olive oil is also helpful and mare's milk as well as donkey milk.

Take care.
