Is there any side effects to exercising too much in attempt to lose weight and eating less along?

Exercise can become addictive and and take care not to become underweight. Take care of your joints if doing a lot of weight baring exercise.

Hello,
As long as you are careful with your diet, and nutrition. Exercise should be increased slowly with good warm up and warm down at each session. Get guidence from your gym instructor.
