Hello,
Each night I am suffering a lot. When it's time to go to bed I have difficulty in breathing properly and I start to panic. I am also afraid that I don't get enough air during my sleep and this gives me insomnia.

How to know if I am really asthmatic?

My stomach hurts a lot, and each time this happens my nose is stuck and it's an effort to breath. Help me.

Thank you
HI
One piece of advice - it is better to have a medical check up, as it is said 'PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE'.All the best

Thank you
There are appropriate tests to diagnosed if someone is suffering from asthma. Do see a doctor he is the only one to be able to tell you.

Do you have any allergies ? This is also a sign. Do you clean your room? See a doctor for more advice. Take care.
