Hello,
I am in a very complicated situation I am 25 years old and after some blood examination the doctor announced that I suffer from cholesterol with a very high level of same in my blood.

The problem or the great question is how? I have a good eating habit, I don't consume meat or any animal products and I am simply vegetarian. How can this happen to me?

Thank you
Hello
This must be a genetic condtion called familial hyperlidaemia. You must research this as it comes to you hereditary and not your fault. Speak to your doctor again and get the rest of your family checked out. Take care and good luck to you

Thank you
Hello dear I can understand your anguish and this is quite annoying that it fall on you as you are vegetarian.

But try to remember if anyone in your family has suffered from cholesterol it can very much come from the genes.

As from now you will have to take medicine and be very careful with your food.

This is unfair but be careful and try to cope.
