Hello I am having sleeping problems, when I wake up my mouth is dry and I have the feeling of pressure at the level of my throat and respiratory problems. From where does this come from?

How do I help myself?

Hello
This could be dry mouth because you breath through your mouth while sleeping. Is your nose blocked at all? The pressure could be congestion so I would advice you see your doctor and gain a correct diagnosis you may require treatment or a decongestant. Drink plenty of fluids, use a decongestant rub on your chest overnight in the mean time. Take care and good luck

Hey you are either suffering from panic attack or sleep apnea you could bet yourself check at the specialist.

Can you also give us more details about how you feel when you wake up? Does your heart beat madly?
