Hello after some problem with his throat my father went to the doctor and some weeks earlier the bad news came, he is suffering from a throat cancer which is situated on the wall of the left vocal cord.

He has to decide between laser intervention and surgery and we want to know what is best for him?

How long will he have to endure radiotherapy and chemotherapy is any?

Thank you
Hello
This is an impossible question to answer in this post. You must discuss this with your fathers doctor and gain the prognosis and what treatment plan they can offer him. Take care and good luck to you all

Thank you
Hello as for the radiotherapy the doctor will advise as it depends from one person to the other. He will have to undergo a tracheotomy and this also will be painful preventing him from eating properly or even breathing naturally. And it the cancer is at a reasonable dimension laser intervention will suit perfectly. I wish you good luck. Take care.
