I have a lipoma on my back and I really need to remove it.
Please tell me how I would do this? Will it be painful at all?
Any treatment to make it disappear or only surgery?

Thanks.

Thank you
Hello
If this is lipoma, then the only way is to have it removed via surgery. It will be done under a local injection so you will not feel any pain. Discuss with your GP and he will advice you of the best solution. Take care

Thank you
Hello I don't know if there is anything to make it disappear but for sure you can have a surgical intervention to remove it without scar. This takes place under local anesthesia and is very rapid. Good luck.
