I have a problem with both ovaries and have elevated prolactin levels.

I don't know if there's any treatment for ovarian this.

Do you think someone having this type of problem may get pregnant. I have a regular cycle and normal menstruation every month.

Hi,
Sterility related to ovarian problems can be treated by ovulation inducers such as Clomid and HMG.

Prolactin is a hormone. A hormone is a chemical substance, which is secreted by an endocrine gland, and is transported to another part of the body where it has an effect. Hormones act at the target tissue by binding to a receptor site on the responding cells.

Prolactin is produced primarily in the front part of the pituitary gland. This gland is known as the "master gland" because it controls a range of other endocrine organs. The pituitary gland is about the size of a pea and is situated near the middle of the brain.

There is nothing to worry about and fear of infertility. It is not going to affect your pregnancy. Follow this link for more information http://www.womenhealthzone.com/...

Hey. I am so sorry for you. It is better to ask a doctor about it. Maybe you will face infertility. In ovary problem many women face infertility. My sister was regular but had some ovarian issues. So she was unable to conceive. So these turned into cancer. Her ovaries were removed. She chose surrogacy. She has a baby now. No more worries and stresses she has.

Hello. I am so sad for you. It is smarter to get some information about it. Possibly you will confront infertility. In ovary issue numerous ladies confront infertility. My friend was regular in her periods yet had some ovarian issues. This all happened after her miscarriage. So she was not able to consider. So these transformed into growth. Her ovaries were expelled. She picked surrogacy. She has an infant now. No more stresses and stresses she has.

Hey there. Don't want to scare you. But, yes! It does. Just discuss it with your fertility specialist. So, yeah! I'm also an IVF candidate as my primary infertility exists due to PCOS. So, yeah! But, still, you can keep on trying naturally under an Obstetrician. I hope you do conceive. Stay strong! Take Clomid, medication or infertility drugs; whatever doctor prescribes you. Wish you all the best in your journey. xoxo

Hey there! I hope you're doing fine. Dear, don't take this situation lightly. You must take an appointment of a fertility expert as soon as possible. It's better to be safe than sorry. Do it before it's too late, you know. Here you'd get a lot of opinions, might as well confuse you. Take care!

I was really sad to learn about your grief. Sometimes just words express what you feeling. Although it is difficult to imagine the grief you are going through. Ovaries are the key organ in the infertility. They release the eggs that are vital to create the embryos. If there is one faulty ovary then the chances are still there. Unfortunately you have problem with both of them. Prolactin is active while breast feeding. It's secretion prevents the women from getting pregnant. Unfortunately your levels have increased in normal days. If your doctor has clearly announced your infertility then you need not put yourself into further problem. Just go out and search for the procedures that can be an alternative to your problem. There is IVF, surrogacy and IUI making it easy for the infertile couples already all over the world. You can think of any one of these. I wish and pray for your happy days.

Hi.hope you are well. I think you are getting worried for no reason. It is just a hormone that's present in everyone. You have in it elevated quantities, sure. But I really don't think it would affect your fertility. I haven't heard of anything like this before. So it is ok to relax now. You can keep TTC. If nothing happens, see a doctor about it. You can even go to a good fertility clinic. I know of a good one. They will help you will whatever issue you are facing. The regular menstrual cycle does not confirm fertility. It can be affected due to a number of reasons. Anyway. Good luck.

This reminds me of my neighbor who had similar complications. And from her, I knew about what actually this thing is. What her doctor did was to find out the cause that making the level rise. I mean to say that there must be some reason that would be causing this level to rise. If you are consulting a good doctor. He would probably try to find the reason and would obviously try to solve that. And the second answer to your question usually these rising levels could cause infertility. And hence this must be stopped as soon as possible. Or if you would be failed to do so. It would rise as a tumor. And unfortunately, you have to remove ovaries. But this seems to be the positive news that you have normal functioning. Maybe that would be the reason that you could conceive. If that so you must consult your doctor and treat that ASAP. Would love to hear up progress. Good luck.

So sorry for you bad health! I know how tough this is. So, yeah! Keep calm. Seek other options! You can pass it! I'm also going surrogacy this year. As my own condition doesn't allow me to have a child naturally. There is no harm or shame in it. So, yes! Stay strong!

vectomon_67 that so sad to you. I can imagine which situation you are going. Still, this is a painful and troublesome disease. In this disease, you lose your ovaries. Which is the cause of your reproduction cycle? don’t worry about. Science and technology are doing their best to facilitate those ladies with the better and best treatment. You may get their diagnosis from a reputable and well-known clinic. Yes, a cure is present there. Need is just to search for it. no, pregnancy is not possible. If you have one ovary, then possibilities are there. But your both ovaries have been failed. I don’t want to give you lame expectations. You have to face reality. Either reality is little bitter but it enables you to face any challenge in life.

Yes, you might get some serious issues in this. Well, What can you say dear? It's not like you don't know about it yourself. It is happening. I think you should get some infertility tests before you even find out about this. I am sure this is going to help you a lot.

I have been trying to conceive from last 10 years now.Until now i don't had any luck with it.
I had several attempts of IVF and IUI.But i failed at them too.I don't know whats the main cause for these.
I contacted a number of clinics regarding my infertility issue. But the doctors can't also find the main cause for my infertility.
The doctors are also not sure that whats the main cause for infertility. They also can't tell that should i'll have a baby naturally or not.
So i am getting old now and i guess keep on waiting is not a good idea.I got suggestions from my friends to go for surrogacy. They say that i can have a baby via surrogacy.
I don't know much about surrogacy but i searched about it over the web and found that many people are going for it to have a baby.
But as i live in Bulgaria. Here surrogacy is totally ban.I don't know what to do.
From forums i came to hear about that Ukraine has many good clinics regarding surrogacy.
I think i should move to Ukraine for surrogacy now.
If someone has experience about surrogacy please guide me.

Hey, @silvija Hugs to you darling. Your comment made me feel so bad. That I cant explain in words. 10 years is no doubt such a huge time period to stay infertile. I just have no idea how you coped with that.
And let me tell you a thing that if doctors are not able to tell you about whats wrong with your fertility than there is a thing called. "unexplained infertility" and this sucks. Trust me. You would never be able to know the exact reason of your hurdles. But yes surrogacy is always been a good option to get through this problem. Many of the infertile women who had such unexplained infertility are now having a baby through surrogacy. So Good luck to you too.

No one should fear of surrogacy. It is a common thing now and is easily solvable.
I am going for the surrogacy option as their is no other way to have a baby of my own.
I consulted a clinic regarding surrogacy they provided me a positive feedback.
There are very good clinics regarding surrogacy as i’m sharing my experience with all of you.
For now i have convinced mt husband to go for surrogacy and he is ready too.
I contacted a clinic for surrogacy method and they responded very well to my questions.
I suggest you to go for this clinic and at least you should contact them and share your problem with them so that they can propose a better solution for you.
As they suggested surrogacy option for us.

Hey. I'll be honest. It doesn't look great. My advice would be to try again. However, don't have high expectations. You do have alternative methods such as surrogacy and IVF. So, keep your mind open to all results.

I was also infertile due to hysterectomy cancer. So i went for surrogacy.
Surrogacy is ban in Japan. And i'm infertile due to some cancer reasons. So we moved to Europe to find surrogacy related clinics. We consulted many clinics in Europe. Than we came to know about clinics in Ukraine and we moved to Ukraine.
In ukraine we found a very good clinic.
Now we are having twins with the help of this clinic. The clinic gave us a very good surrogate mom. With the help of that mom we are having our two twin daughters.
We are so excited and happy.
Feedback and suggestions much admired.
