Hi I'm 16 years old and weigh 90kilos.
I am very fat compared to my friends and I am very ill-at-ease with my body. I really want to lose weight and to be the same as the others. I need to lose almost 30 kilos or more but how? I did try eating less but this is not very helpful can anyone help me please.

How tall are you please? Weight and height are important to know when advice is needed to how much weight you actually need to lose. You should not eat junk food, or drink fizzy drinks. You must also begin to take daily exercise, at least a 20 minute walk every day will help tone you up and keep you active. Why not start an exercise class or a sport. Be patient you have stopped growing yet so will have to careful not to cut out the healthy foods you need to develop. Take care and good luck

Hello I would advise you to have a nice conversation with your parents about your desire to lose weight also you should know that things won't be so very easy for you. You will have to see a specialist before losing weight with might be accompanied with several complications. Get yourself monitored and you will then start sports and diet take care.
