I'm 56 and suffer from osteoporosis and osteoarthritis but the ironical part is that I have always eaten everything I should and drank lots of milk so why am I suffering with these diseases?

Thank you
Hello
This is not your fault, these type of bone diseases are due to hereditary factors. Also hormone influences the bone growth and development of osteoporosis is usually worse following menopause. Here is a link to an excellent web page for your information. Take care and good luck

Thank you
Hi does anyone from your family suffer from this too? Maybe this is due to a genetic problem. Arthritis is general wear and tear of your joints due to age, or disease. Good luck to you
