Hello,
I have stopped smoking since two months completely. Since the I have started eating more. I keep on eating now and then. I eat anything that I get. I eat lot of snacks and fast foods at work. When I get home, I eat a lot too and eat lots of fried stuffs. I have hence gained much weight within this only two months, please help me because I don't want to become fat.
Thank you.

Thank you
Hello,
You must stop eating all sorts of stuffs. Fast foods contain many fats and this is why you are having such trouble. You must definitely stop eating in between meals and in addition, please have healthy meals. It is something normal to have a better appetite when you quit smoking but if you don't have healthy meals, it will in no way cause harm to your health.
Kind regards.

Come on this is not so hard to quit smoking i know lots of people who were able to to it so be courageous and start doing some sports this might be very helpful.

And it all depends upon how motivated you are in order not to become fat. Take care.
