Not sleeping enough

Hello,
I have trouble sleeping at night. I stay awake till eleven o'clock and will easily wake up at 5 in the morning. I'm not having enough sleep and this is causing a disruption to my day. Can someone please tell me what I need to do?

Well you are sleeping for about 6 hours so I would advise you to take up a daily exercise and healthy life style so no alcohol or coffee prior to getting ready for bed. Try a warm relaxing bath, and soothing music so you can get to bed for 10. If you are stressed or worried you will not sleep well so may be talk to your doctor about this problem. Hi,
have a cup of warm milk before going to sleep and this will help you and make it a must to have your 8 hours of sleep.
Sleeping pills are bad for the heart and the nervous system, avoid them.

Do some reading in bed with a boring book it always works.
