Hello my man is suffering from testicular cancer I am worried as he is only 28 and we don't have a child yet. After several examinations the doctor says that they will be able to operate on him and remove the testicle. Will he be okay afterwards or not? Will this render him sterile or is there any chance of us having a baby after the operation please?

Hello if the cancer is a small one and if the treatments work well you will be able to still have a baby afterwards. Don't be stressed or panicked and let time do it's stuff. The first thing to take in consideration is the operation and also the chemotherapy that would help your man a lot, but avoid talking about fertility with him right now this could affect him a lot. Take care.
