Hello,
I have developed a bad habit of eating chewing gum and I was wondering whether it can be dangerous to my health.
Thanks for any reply.

Hello
There is no evidence that swallowing chewing gum can damage your health. If you chew non sugar gum then you will not decay your teeth, or gain weight so think about that. It does look very unpleasent though when you are speaking to someone and they are chewing gum. Take care

Hi,

this is very bad for your teeth as well as your entire body.

having a chewing gum all the time causes an accumulation of air in your belly which is really bad.
