Hello,
I am actually working in a hot climate, and therefore drink around five liters of water daily. Is this healthy please?
Thanks in advance.

Hello
Yes I would say the average person must normally have two litres of water daily, but if you are experiencing excess dehydration because of the high temperature, it is very important to have enough water to replace the water lost from the body.
Good luck.

Hello,
I consider that having 5 liters of water could be too much.

Do also take into account that you have only 5 liters to 6 liters of blood in your body.

Even if it is really hot, 2 to 3 liters will do, no excess please.
