Are you able to get out and about, join a club or class. Help out a neighbour and do their shopping. Do not sit and feel sorry for yourself, get out for a walk. Good luck

Are you in a relationship??? Are you actually suffering from depression. See your doctor to gain a correct diagnosis and may be some medication to help you.
Just open yourself to your friends and have some interesting activities like getting to clubs, exercising or playing indoor and outdoor games, good luck!
