There's no magic spell, get on a healthy well balanced diet and adopt a daily exercise. Take it slow and steady, you will keep the weight off.

Damaris is so right you need to put in much efforts and willingness.
You have to do sports, control your food intake daily and be rigorous, which meals persist with the diet and sports even if you can't see results daily take care

Loosing weight fast isn't good. Following a diet will make you think of food all day. I don't like that either. Here some health tips which have helped me:
Keep it simple, no junk food, or fizzy drinks. Avoid foods high in calorie content,
- Avoid all alcoholic beverages (they have many calories).
-Exercise daily: walk up the stairs instead of taking the lift, brisk walk to and from work if possible.
You will feel great, not only because you will loose weight, but also because you will do more exercise and eat better. This will have a positive impact on intestinal flora, which will help against cravings.
