Hello,
I am a 24 years old woman, and I have a baby of 3 months. I am weighing 50 kilos whereas before pregnancy I had around 58 kilos and I was much at ease with my body than right now. I've lost too much kilos and during my pregnancy I did took only 8 kilos. I am worried is this is normal to lose so much weight after childbirth?

Thank you
Hello
Please do not worry this is normal, and you will go back to your old self slowly but surely. Look after yourself, eat and drink healthy. Look after your baby, these two things are the most important thing right now. Good luck

Thank you
Hello it depends on each person, if you are very active and doing lots of things all the day and tiring yourself a lot, yes this is what is going to happen. Do you breastfeed your baby? Very often women who do breastfeed their child lose lots of weight so you have to eat properly, to rest and if things don't get better see a doctor. Take care.
