Hi
I am a girl of 14 years old and I would like to have some advice here please! I measure 1m55 for 45 kilos but I have a big tummy as if a pregnant woman and for sure I am not. How is this possible I don't eat too much and control myself? I need to lose it so can a diet be appropriate or will I have to do sports.

Please do not stress too much about your tummy, as at your age your body is going to change a lot and you will lose it very quickly and without noticing it. But if you want to be positive, then adopt a healthy life style. No junk food or fizzy drinks, only water. Also do a daily exercise and you will soon tone up. Good luck.

The best thing to do is having regular exercises but keep in my not to have more calories than you are losing, good luck!
