Lower abs

I have been doing my best for getting a six pack but I am unable to get the lower abs. What do I need to do please?

Hello,
Instead of doing situps, lay down and lift your legs. You can start by 3x15 repetitions if you find it hard.

Also consider doing regular cardio exercises apart from these crunches, good luck!
