How fast and with which methods can someone lose 10 pounds please? Can someone please advise me an effective method?

Hello,
A very low calorie diet, that is below 600 calories a day will make you lose wegith that quickly but honestly why not adopt a healthy life style and lose weight slowly but keep it off. Start a daily exercise and enjoy your life. Take care and good luck
It is not advised though to get on any type of diet just like this because your body may not adapt to it. Please consider getting to a nutrionist before.
