13 years old and fat

 Nins -
I am thirteen years old and I am very overweight. I am the fool of everyone in my class, what is the best method that I may use to lose weight most rapidly possible please?

You are still young and it will be wise for you to commence daily exercise or sports. Do not worry about a diet, but cut out junk food and fizzy drinks. Get drinking lots of water at least 2-3 litres a day.
