Pain in the pelvis

Hello,
I exercise daily and for a while now when I am exercising, I feel pain in the pelvis. I normally take a little rest and continue to exercise, what must I do please?

Hello,
You may be exercising wrongly, making too much efforts or even experiencing dehydration. Why not get the advise and support from a gym instructor to be safe?

Do lift heavier weights that you actually can, this will cause damage to certain parts of your body and can even result in a muscle tear, good luck!
