Losing weight at 14

Hello,
I am a 14 years old girl and am overweight, can you please tell me what method I can use in order to lose weight efficiently please?

Hello,
You are still growing and developing so I would not advise any fad diets but you must adopt a healthy life style. No junk foods or fizzy drinks. Only water between 2-3 litres a day. Also start daily exercise, even a 20 minute brisk walk will help. Eat a well balanced diet full of fresh veg and fruit. Take care and good luck
