Hello,
I have been to the gynecologist and he has spotted a low sperm count, can someone please tell me what I may do in order to solve this problem? Is there anything that may help me to get it to a normal count rapidly?
Thanks.

I am sorry to know about your disorder. I can understand that it must be very tough for you. However, stay strong and positive. People usually in such a case take vitamins. This helps in improving quality. I also know a lot of people who have opted for acupuncture. This improves the quality and the number of the sperms as well. Other than this you should stop your caffeine intake. This is something that really matters. Good luck to you. I hope things get better. You could also opt for IUI if you want a quick solution. However, make sure to visit the right doctor for the process. This is something that really matters. Sending baby dust your way.

Hi, there! I'm sorry to hear about your issue. It's not something to worry about. There are many solutions to this. It depends on you, what's more, suitable for you. You can resort to natural elements to boost that. You can even opt for assisted conception. That's definitely more effective, to be honest. I would suggest you look into it. A fertility clinic should be helpful in this regard. Fertility specialists can be useful for this. Don't stress out about it. It's quite common, which means that solutions are readily available, too. You can easily overcome this! Good luck to you!

Now and again, the specialist will suggest that the couple look for helped regenerative innovations (ART, for example, IVF (in vitro preparation). Workmanship don't fix or treat the reason for infertility yet they can enable couples to accomplish a pregnancy, regardless of whether the man's sperm tally is low.

Less basic reasons for infertility in ladies include: Blocked fallopian tubes because of pelvic incendiary ailment, endometriosis, or medical procedure for an ectopic pregnancy. Physical issues with the uterus is a common one.

Hi there! I know how hard this is for you. This is something that can be fixed by yourself as well. As Mitchael mentioned you can take vitamins and go for acupuncture. Both are amazing ways of improving quality. You need to avoid fizzy drinks, fast food, smoking, alcohol etc. You have to keep a healthy diet and do exercise on daily basis to get healthy. IUI is a great way to conceive with this. But in my opinion, IVF is a much better option. If you are willing to go for it, just make sure you opt for a good clinic. Clinics can really affect your chances. If the clinic's success rate is high then obviously your chances will be high. Good luck! Stay blessed! Bye!

Hey Creshnee! I hope you are feeling better now. There's nothing to worry about. Sperm count can be improved with home remedies even. First of all add vitamins in his every meal and even without meal. After that tell him to exercise daily, go for a run and avoid smoking, drinking etc. That can really affect the sperm count. IF that doesn't work then visit a doctor. Ask the doctor what is the perfect option for him. You can still conceive with IVF and IUI tho. For that, you need to opt for a good clinic. Make sure you do your research before opting. Good luck. Stay blessed. Bye.
